This blog is the third and final in a blog series describing the updates to the ASCENT learning guides for Autodesk Vault 2024. As mentioned in the first blog, these updates are a response to requests from end users and instructors for focused learning guides for each user type, Vault software, and database setup.

As explained in the introductory blog for Vault 2024 titles, Autodesk has discontinued the Workgroup software and included these features in the Vault Professional software. To accommodate this software-change, and our customers’ request for an administration-only guide for Vault Professional, we have integrated the admin‑related content for both Workgroup and Professional into one focused guide for Vault Professional 2024.
This blog provides an overview of the Autodesk® Vault Professional 2024 Administrator Essentials learning guide. The guide focuses on the administration-related functionality in Vault Professional. It also covers some of the end-user features that may be relevant for new administrators.
Note: If you are looking for end user-focused content, please use the Autodesk® Vault 2024 for Inventor® and AutoCAD® Users learning guide.
