Thank you again to those of you who joined our webinar, Create Compelling Technical Documentation & Training Programs. For those who are interested, we have posted the webinar recording here.

The webcast was prepared for:

  • Those tasked with the design, development or manufacturing of documentation
  • Companies needing help with technology adoption – both for employees and customers

Topics covered in the webcast:

  • Overview of ASCENT’s Professional Services
    • Technical Editing, Writing, and Document Creation
    • Customized Training
  • Customer Examples (Before and After examples)
  • Project Workflow

The goal of this webcast was to provide an overview about the types and range of projects we’ve worked on with our clients to help them achieve success in their product rollouts and technology adoptions. If you have a project you need help with, we hope you'll consider working with us!

Below are some questions that came up during the webcast:

Q: I have some custom best practice procedures that I created that are now a few years out-of-date. Do you offer services of updating these to the latest version?

Yes, we offer those services. We would typically have a call with you first and get an idea of the scope of the project and then provide a proposal.

Q: For the Free Documentation Review, what should I do if my company has strict policies about sending documents to outside companies?

We can check first if we already have a non-disclosure in place between our 2 companies. If not, we can make sure one is in place so that you can send your documents.

Thank you again! If you have ideas or requests for future webcasts, please let us know.
