Creating Arrays in AutoCAD

Learn how to generate copies of selected objects at fixed intervals of rows and columns, around a center point or along a path using the different Array commands in AutoCAD. This demo uses an exercise from the ASCENT guide, AutoCAD 2023: Fundamentals.

Attendees will learn how to create a pattern of objects that are:

  • Divided into rows and columns using the Rectangular Array command.
  • Copied around a central radius using the Polar Array command.
  • Copied along a straight, curved, or irregular linear path using the Path Array command.
